Lettings & Facilities for the Community
Lyde Green Community School will be opening in September 2026, and we are delighted to be in a position to invite expressions of interest from clubs and organisations who may wish to hire our facilities outside the school day.
As a new school at the heart of a growing community, we are keen to develop strong, long‑term partnerships with organisations that:
- Increase access to high‑quality sport, arts and physical activity for local people
- Actively promote equality, diversity and inclusion (for example, girls’ teams or inclusive provision)
- Are interested in working collaboratively with the school to enrich the experience of our student
Our facilities include:
- Astro Turf 3G pitch
- Multi Use Games Area (MUGA)
- Grass pitches
- Sports hall
- Main hall
- Drama studio
- Dance studio
- General classroom
- Dining area
We are running a mini‑tender process to ensure that our facilities are used in a way that best serves both the school and the local community. As part of this, we are particularly interested in organisations that would be willing to offer enrichment activities for Lyde Green students in exchange for reduced letting rates (15% discount per term).

There is a link & QR code to a short form on the last page (also below) which we are asking all interesting parties to complete. This will help us understand how your organisation would use the facilities, your commitment to inclusion and community access, and how you might work in partnership with the school.
