This has given me a strong understanding of how effective operations and systems directly support student wellbeing, safeguarding and day‑to‑day school life. I’m known for my strong organisational skills and a positive, collaborative approach to school improvement. At Lyde Green, my focus is on ensuring that the systems, environments and operational foundations of the school work smoothly and effectively, so that staff can focus on teaching and students can thrive. 👉 This brings our leadership introductions to a close.
